The Role:

How would you like to be a part of one of the fastest growing home service companies in the Southeast? Coolray is currently seeking for Lead Generators to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Sales Lead Generators act as Brand Ambassadors at our partner businesses by answering customer questions about our products and services and then encouraging them to schedule an appointment for estimates of these services. The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy engaging people in conversation and be driven by commission and incentives. You’ll be able to play an important role within the Retail Partner Department at Coolray Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Maintain relationship with store leadership and staff at all locations within the district
  • Walk around or man kiosks at assigned store, speaking to every customer regarding our HVAC, Water Treatment, Plumbing and/or Insulation services
  • Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs.
  • Utilize the store script to attain HVAC, Water Treatment, Plumbing and Insulation estimates, leads, and tune-ups
  • Must be organized and able to follow processes and procedures to schedule customers
  • Set appointments by promoting Coolray Companies products and services with excitement and urgency
  • Attend required monthly meetings and trainings

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • Retail Sales experience highly preferred
  • Required to be standing/walking/sitting for 4-8 hours at a time
  • Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
  • A+ communication and customer service skills
  • Must have dependable transportation
  • Must have a smart-phone and daily access to email and text
  • No HVAC, Water Treatment, Plumbing, or Insulation experience needed; we will train YOU!
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently
